This cocktail pays tribute to the incomparable star of the stage and screen, Liza Minnelli. Aperol and NEFT Vodka combine with apple liqueur and bubbly Prosecco for the ultimate sippable spritz. Stir one up at your next brunch, karaoke party, or cabaret event.
Ingredients
1 oz NEFT Vodka
1.5 oz Aperol
.25 oz apple liqueur
2 dashes lemon bitters
Prosecco to top
Directions
Stir in mixing glass with ice and strain into Collins glass over fresh ice.
Top with Prosecco. Garnish with peeled apple and mint.
