My Clementine
An ode to a classic Old Fashioned, but with a spiced, fruit-forward twist. The NEFT My Clementine brings together clementine juice and a rich orange oleo saccharum to create a tasty citrus-y base. Then, NEFT Vodka’s natural rye spice combines with all spice demerara and whiskey bitters to add dimension to the sweetness. For added flair and flavor, garnish this cocktail with a flaming cinnamon orange slice. Merry citrus!
Ingredients
1.5 oz NEFT Vodka
1 oz fresh clementine juice
.75 oz orange peel oleo saccharum
.5 oz all spice demerara
2 dashes barrel aged whiskey bitters
Directions
Add all ingredients into mixing glass with ice and stir.
Double strain into rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a dehydrated cinnamon orange slice soaked in 151 and set on fire.
