Add acidity with an equal ratio of lemon juice, and this cocktail takes flight. Serve it on the rocks or straight up for those who like spirit-forward sips.
Ingredients
.75 oz NEFT Vodka
.75 oz Aperol
.75 oz Cynar
.75 oz lemon juice
Directions
Shake all ingredients and strain into coupe or rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
