Sweet, creamy, and nutty – just like the sandwich that the NEFT P.E. & J. borrows its name from. Instead of peanut butter and jelly, this cocktail comes together with NEFT Vodka, pistachio, Jones soda, and a whole egg. The pistachio provides nutty flavor, while the egg creates the cocktail’s creamy texture. Green Jones soda gives the P.E. & J. its signature color and sweetness.
Ingredients
1.75 oz NEFT Vodka
.5 oz pistachio reduction
1 whole egg
Jones Soda (green) to top
Directions
Dry shake all ingredients, then add ice and shake vigorously.
Double strain into Collins glass.
Top with green Jones Soda.
