Strawberry Fizz

Ingredients
1.75 oz NEFT Vodka
.5 oz lemon juice
2 fresh strawberries
1 whole egg
2 sugar cubes
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
fresh mint sprig
cream soda to top
Directions
Muddle strawberries and mint.
Add ingredients to shaker tins and reverse dry shake vigorously.
Double strain into Collins glass over fresh ice. Top with cream soda. Garnish with mint.
