Ingredients
1.75oz NEFT Vodka
.75oz pomegranate juice syrup
.25oz maple syrup reduction
.25oz lime juice
1 dash Aztec chocolate bitters
1oz egg whites
Directions
1. Dry shake, then add ice and shake vigorously.
2. Strain into coupe glass building the egg white foam to a proud.
3. Garnish with rosemary sprig and sink Luxardo cherry.
