Bloody Mary
Brunch wouldn’t be complete without a Bloody Mary. Savory and complex, this classic cocktail (and as some claim, “hair of the dog” hangover cure) begins with a vodka and tomato juice base. From there, the drink often varies by the maker, bringing in citrus juices, hot sauces, savory spices, and more. We mix up our classic Bloody Mary with olive brine, lemon juice, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, and a bit of salt and pepper. For those who prefer to start their day with something savory rather than something sweet like a mimosa or Screwdriver, try a Bloody Mary.
Ingredients
1.5 oz NEFT Vodka
3 oz tomato juice
1 oz lemon juice
.5 oz olive brine
.25 oz Tabasco
.25 oz Worcestershire sauce
sea salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a large Collins glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with lemon and olive.
