Honey Bear

On a hot day, there’s nothing better than sipping on a Honey Bear cocktail. This drink was crafted in the vein of a classic French 75, using both lemon juice and Prosecco. Then, we added fresh raspberries to complement the lemon and a little honey for a touch of natural sweetness. Just the right combination of sweet, tart, and bubbly, the Honey Bear is a warm-weather favorite you’ll be happy to enjoy any time of the year.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz NEFT Vodka

  • 1 oz lemon juice 

  • .5 oz honey syrup

  • 5 raspberries 

  • Prosecco to top

Directions

  1. Muddle raspberries and add all ingredients into mixing tin with ice.

  2. Shake vigorously.

  3. Double strain and pour into Collins glass over fresh ice.

  4. Top with Prosecco. Garnish with a lemon twist.
