Kiwi Mojo
A tropical twist on a classic mojito that will make any day feel like summer. The Kiwi Mojo uses a vodka mojito base – NEFT Vodka, lime juice, mint, and simple syrup – and adds a whole kiwi fruit for a fruit-forward variation. Bartender tip: slice the kiwi as thinly as you can to make muddling and straining easier. Finally, top the drink with Voss Sparkling Water for an effervescent, refreshing pop of bubbles.

Step 1
Thinly slice the kiwi and muddle with fresh mint in a cocktail shaker.
Step 2
Add NEFT Vodka, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and ice.
Step 3
Shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled.
Step 4
Double strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice and top with Voss Sparkling.
Step 5
Garnish with fresh mint and a kiwi slice.
