Marilyn Martini
Our Mother’s Day cocktail, the Marilyn Martini, is named after NEFT mixologist Luke Barr’s own mother. Inspired by the classic Mexican Martini, the Marilyn Martini comes together with multiple fresh citrus juices and Grand Marnier. Instead of olive brine, we salt the rim. And because Luke’s mom always told him her favorite cocktail wasn’t quite salty enough, we add a little extra salt when we shake up a Marilyn, as a nod to her.
