Step 1
Add NEFT Vodka, pistachio reduction, and whole egg to a cocktail shaker.
Step 2
Shake vigorously without ice to emulsify the egg.
Step 3
Add ice and shake again until thoroughly chilled.
Step 4
Double strain into a Collins glass.
Step 5
Top with green Jones Soda.
