Singapore Mule

A tropical twist on a classic to get you ready for race day. The Singapore Mule uses a traditional Moscow Mule base — vodka, lime juice, and ginger beer — but adds a pop of local flavor with passion fruit puree. The passion fruit adds a bright sweetness to the cocktail’s naturally sharp, tart profile. We built this cocktail to sip trackside at the Singapore Grand Prix 2025, but it’s easy to make and worth enjoying any time of year!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz NEFT Vodka

  • 1.5 oz passion fruit puree

  • .75 oz lime juice

  • ginger beer to top

Directions

  1. Stir all ingredients in rocks glass with fresh ice.

  2. Top with ginger beer.

  3. Garnish with lime wheel.
