The Barr Americano
The Barr Americano is our mixologist Luke Barr’s nod to European bars serving up “American” style cocktails. The build is simple, with equal parts NEFT Vodka and Antica Formula Vermouth. While the traditional approach just throws in an orange wedge, the Barr Americano elevates the drink with an orange champagne foam. Make it yourself and serve to your holiday guests, whether you’re hosting happy hour or a full formal dinner.
Ingredients
1 oz NEFT Vodka
1 oz Antica Formula
Orange champagne foam
Orange peel zest
Directions
Build in Rocks glass over ice.
Top with orange champagne foam.
Garnish with orange peel zest.
