Step 1
Add NEFT Vodka, pomegranate juice syrup, maple syrup reduction, fresh lime juice, egg whites, and Aztec chocolate bitters to a cocktail shaker.
Step 2
Shake vigorously without ice to emulsify the egg whites.
Step 3
Add ice and shake again until thoroughly chilled.
Step 4
Strain into a coupe glass, building the egg white foam to a proud.
Step 5
Garnish with a rosemary sprig and sink a Luxardo cherry into the foam.
