Directions
Step 1
Add NEFT Vodka, fresh lemon juice, egg whites, simple syrup, elderflower water, and Angostura bitters to a cocktail shaker.
Step 2
Shake vigorously without ice to emulsify the egg whites.
Step 3
Add ice and shake again until thoroughly chilled.
Step 4
Double strain into a martini glass.
Step 5
Garnish with an Angostura bitters pinwheel and lemon twist.
