Directions
Step 1
Add NEFT Vodka, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg whites to a cocktail shaker.
Step 2
Shake vigorously without ice to emulsify the egg whites.
Step 3
Add ice and shake again until thoroughly chilled.
Step 4
Double strain into a coupe glass.
Step 5
Garnish with an Angostura bitters pinwheel.
