Sazerac
A direct homage to the legendary New Orleans original, but with a NEFT Vodka twist. Louisiana’s official state cocktail gets its name from the Sazerac de Forge et Fils cognac that first served as the drink’s base spirit. Traditionally crafted with rye whiskey, the NEFT Sazerac uses our rye-based vodka to explore the flavor of this classic cocktail in a new (but familiar) way.
Ingredients
2 oz NEFT Vodka
.25 oz Absinthe
1 Sugar Cube
3 Dashes Peychaud's bitters
Directions
Stir all ingredients with ice.
Garnish with lemon twist.
