Step 1
Add NEFT Vodka, fresh lemon juice, peach purée or reduction, fresh thyme, and ice to a cocktail shaker.
Step 2
Shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled.
Step 3
Double strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.
Step 4
Optionally top with soda water.
Step 5
