Texas Tea

At a backyard BBQ or on a shady porch, you can’t go wrong sipping a Texas Tea. This cocktail is a variation on a spiked Arnold Palmer – aka a John Daly – iced tea, lemonade, and vodka. We’ve elevated this crowd favorite with NEFT, fresh lemon juice, and a touch of coco-clover syrup. (That’s equal parts coconut water and clover honey.) Endlessly refreshing and not too sweet, it’s no wonder this cocktail makes a splash every summer.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz NEFT Vodka

  • 2 oz iced tea

  • 2 oz lemon juice

  • .75 oz coco-clover syrup (equal parts coconut water and clover honey)

Directions

  1. Shake all ingredients and strain into Collins glass over fresh ice.

  2. Garnish with lemon wheel.
