Directions
Step 1
Add NEFT Vodka, hibiscus syrup, fresh lemon juice, egg whites, and hibiscus flower water to a cocktail shaker.
Step 2
Shake vigorously without ice to emulsify the egg whites.
Step 3
Add ice and shake again until thoroughly chilled.
Step 4
Double strain into coupe glass.
Step 5
Garnish with two hearts drawn with bitters.
